Neil is a serial entrepreneur who had his biggest exit in 2016 where he led his expense management company for 15 years as CEO and co-founder. He has also been involved in 7 other startups and is currently leading UpHabit, a Personal CRM for Business with direct integrations with Salesforce, Constant Contact and Mailchimp. He’s trained as a software engineer but hasn’t written code in years, but still thinks like one and builds great engineering teams (amongst all the other elements of a successful business). His passion is mentoring and he is a founder of the Creative Destruction Lab in Toronto and participates in startup mentoring through CDL in Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Oxford, Paris, Estonia, Seattle and Atlanta (with streams in quantum computing, health, fintech, digital society, climate, blockchain, AI and general technology).
