Janice Diner was the CEO and founder of Horizn, launching the company in 2012. Her creative vision and determination led to the development of an award-winning Fintech company that helps financial institutions dramatically accelerate digital adoption. In 2023 Janice sold Horizn to Inbenta (a Texas Barcelona Company) and along with the exit Janice happily stepped down as CEO.

As the Horizn product evangelist, Janice travelled widely and was a frequent speaker, getting on stage with her clients at some of the most prestigious financial industry events. Janice has been featured in Financial Brand, Forbes, Financial Post, Entrepreneur, and Toronto Life.

Under Janice’s leadership, Horizn won the (2) Celent Model Bank of the Year 2018/2020 Awards, Best of Show at Finovate 5x, London Institute of Banking & Finance Financial Innovation Award, and Best of Show at American Banker Digital Banking.

Janice is an advocate for women in tech. She spent her early career in the advertising world blending senior creative leadership with business technology. She was an award-winning Creative Director and was part of the original Canadian Facebook team. Janice served as an advisor at the MaRS Discovery District, she has also served as board director for Coralus (SheEO), and has served as a judge for the Cannes Advertising Lions.
